Rotary District grant

The handover of the water and sanitation projects for three schools was completed on January 21 2015.  These projects were funded by  a District Rotary grant through the Rotary Club of Victoria with additional contributions from the Rotary Club of Nanaimo.
A training session was held for teachers and students in cl 4 -8 in each school. We crammed over 300 children into one room in the afternoon heat. A thorough explanation of the use and maintenance of the toilets was given as well as guidelines for the use of waste matter in agriculture.

Wandega Primary received a unit for girls (three doors), a unit for boys (two doors and urinal, and a unit for teachers (two doors) Nametsa Primary received a unit for girls (three doors) and a unit for boys (two doors and urinal) Mungoye Primary received a unit for girls (four doors), a unit for boys (two doors and urinal)

Nametsa Primary also received a well funded by the African Lunch held by Victoria Rotary Club
